Qantas Airways Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Alan Joyce discusses fuel costs, demand for air travel, and the prospects for the industry amid the coronavirus pandemic. Qantas said omicron is delaying the airline’s recovery and eating into earnings, with international travel wallowing at less than half normal volumes for months to come. The airline posted an underlying loss before tax in the six months ended Dec. 31 of A$1.28 billion as coronavirus restrictions destroyed demand. Joyce speaks on “Bloomberg Markets: Asia.” .

*****NEWS FLASH*****…..QANTAS has ground all it's aircraft. Engineers found that all female cabin crew had at least six inch cracks in them. Engineers are confident they can fix the problem with cotton wool and duct tape once stirrups are fitted to the cabin crews seats.
