Halfway through, this is great. I was considering offering YT ads and will fullfill with a PPC YT ads agency. I have a basic understanding of YT ads and they are definitely a hidden opportunity because of their perceived complexity. Do you think this is a good idea?

I'm struggling with pricing. How do I figure out how much to charge in my area for services? If I'm newer (some experience, but not a lot) is it better to charge a monthly price or a project price compared to hourly?

How do I go about pricing that helps the business owner but at the same time I don't spend all my time on their tasks…. And end up with bearly 2000usd per month but spending all my time on their advertising…. And tweaking etc.

I would like to ask you how much time do you think it will take for me to learn the skills in order to start an agency taking into account i don't know much about digital marketing?If i outsource all of the work from day one and focus on selling do you think i can make this work?
I know this video is for the people who are already in the industry and running successfull agencies but if i am able to profit about 700-800$ MRR after 2-3 months it would be lifechanging.
I am of course willing to learn as i go but don't know if it is even possible to pull that off with this business model.
I just don't know who else to ask since most of the information i come across is from gurus who are trying to sell me courses but on the other hand i can see you are experts in this field and seem genuine and it would be of tremendous help if you can give me some insight on the topic. It seems the best way to find clients is to skip digital and go face to face, and to convince them to go digital. Is this because business owners see a larger amount of spam than regular customers?

Miles and Tim this video has been a game changer for me, so much good stuff here, I keep listening to it over and over and am putting it into practice.
One question that I have is I hear you mention SEO/Content Marketing (example: writing one post a day for 90 days, etc), and how you can offer that to your clients as a service.
My question is this lets say I am working with a Dentist and first off don't know a thing about being a dentist 🙂 and don't want to spend all my time writing articles (I have spend time selling!), what are the nuts and bolts behind offering this as a Marketing Arbitrage business (perhaps a good topic for a video?).
So in summary how do I offer Content Marketing as an Marketing Arbitrage business for a subject I know nothing about.
I have watched your videos about content marketing and SEO, I guess the piece I am missing is how to write the content (or have someone else write the content).

WHOOOOOO…..GREAT INFO on this video. I'll watch it again tonight. 10 For 10….. This is exactly what I used to back in the 90s when I was a network marketer building my business online except mine was 4 for 4. I would work with only 4 people every month (4 weeks). I would spend a week working one on one with each person and THEN moved to the next person. I have wondered if one could take that same mentality and apply to starting and running a DMA.
