I am belong to a khandoli (Agra) reason where potato is main crops .
And what we see .4 sal loss hota h farmers ko or ek sal fyda wo bhi tab jab shortage ho iski country me ,ye tab hoti h jis sal barish bahut kam hoti h. Particular reasons me ya bahut jada ho jati h. Crops seasons me. .
If we talk about this year kuchh bhi na bach rha .jitna investment kiya h. Utna bhi nhi nikal rha .. because it's in large quantity and govt don't export outside..
Impact- by all this impact is farmers leaving agricultural works day by day .and unwantedly going for factory works .or outside their villages move to city as Delhi Gurgaon to find job..
Due to such types of loss every alternative year saling his land .
We should focus on organic farming.
Because of extensive use of pesticides , weedisides , etc.
Because it causes cancer.
Did you know? For growing 1 kg rice needed 5000 litres of water.
Zero budget natural farming can make more powerful…
India alone can feed world..

When all agriculture land of India become centralized. It become national property. Central government takes control of lands and give all tools , water , electricity and profit in percentage to farmer in all weather conditions.

I think it is near to impossible for a country to become a superpower by agriculture in an highly industrialized age. India and China were superpowers in history because of their agriculture, but in the agricultural age. Nowadays, difficult. Especially if you look at the population of India and the land size of India.

India can be superpower in agriculture when the allocated amount sanction by the central government reach farmars atleast 50%. It can be happen when agriculture is centralised. India can be fully developed when central government handle agriculture and health sector directly like defence and railways
