Breakdown of Genomic Libraries, cDNA libraries, and recombinant vectors.
Genomic DNA libraries contain regulatory sequences, introns, and exons. cDNA libraries only have exon (because we start with mRNA and use reverse transcriptase to get cDNA).
We use engineered vectors to express recombinant proteins in eukaryotic cells.
