Almost 2017… Got this card of ebay for 95 pounds, several months ago (currently you can get it for like 80ish).. It is rocking almost every game in 1080p @60fps, full settings. Only some games like, Witcher III or GTA V, requres me to lower the settings to high or medium-high. Such performence for that price, I would take it any time, any day! Best bang for a buck, even nowadays. If you people are planning to buy a used cheap GPU, look for 7950 or 7970. (or something newer, like 280x or 290)

I just got one of these to upgrade from my HD 7770. After selling my old card, the new one cost very little. These cards really hold their value well and you get amazing bang for your buck. You can keep buying 5 year old GFX cards and do just fine

Recently bought an Asus Dcuii HD 7970 off of ebay for £72 lol, the gpu is a monster. Holds it's own in aaa titles even today. Couldn't recommend a better bang for buck secondhand card.

Getting 80+ fps in most games still today. The drivers have improved a lot, putting it ahead of even the gtc 680.
I'm runninfg mine at 1.026 ghz core and 6.8 ghz memory.
